My name is Jinan Lou. I graduated from this group with a Ph.D. degree in 1999, from the Computer Engineering Division in the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Southern California. My advising professor is Dr. Massoud Pedram.
My main research activities are in the area of Computer Aided VLSI Design. I am interested
in developing new algorithms and design flows for the deep submicron technology. Here is a
list of my recent publications in this area. In my spare
time, I maintain the web/printer server of our group.
I am also involved in organizing the DAC
Professional Development Program. This program sponsors junior students who are
interested in design automation to participate the Design
Automation Conference. Recently, I became a reviewer for the 36th Design Automation Conference.
